Lakhnavi Embroidered Cotton in Lavender

Lavender floral embroidered 100% cotton cambric (similar to muslin) made from natural dyes.

This fabric is semi-sheet with a clean hand, perfect for hot summer days. The floaty, lightweight feel lends the fabric perfectly to summer dresses and skirts with a lining, tops, and coverups. It may also be used for home decor and accessories. When washed, the cotton produces a delightfully spongy crinkle texture akin to a seersucker. See last photo for reference. If you prefer the smooth look, this texture may be ironed out by gently straightening the weave while ironing. It is recommended that if the crinkle texture is desired, order 0.5 to 1 more yard depending on your project.

Purchases are cut in continuous yardage. If you would like multiple even yards, choose 1 yard from the list and adjust the quantity until you get the desired length. If you need odd yardage (i.e. 2.5 yards), please choose the amount of yards and then add a 1/2 yard selection to your cart. For example 2 quantity of 1 yard and 1 quantity of 1/2 yards = 2.5 continuous yards. If you don't see the yardage you need, please send me a message.
